Boutique Brokerage Rebrand

Introduction
I had the opportunity to work with Wallace Taylor on their rebrand. This small, boutique brokerage in Toronto's Bloor West Village works with professional clients in some of the city's most prestigious neighbourhoods.
They needed a clean and refined aesthetic to appeal to their high end clients.

Brand Strategy
Wallace Taylor and its founder, Patrick Walsh, were ready to cut ties with their real estate franchise and establish their own independent brand, but they needed an overhaul to get there.
Their office is located in Bloor West Village and serves professional clients in some of the city's most prestigious neighbourhoods. The team has an infallible eye for good design and a strong, established reputation for earning their clients' trust through hard work and unmatched industry knowledge.
They were already working with some of the best stagers, photographers and home designers in the city to create gorgeous spaces; But they needed a clean and refined visual identity to match it.

Visual Identity and Branded Collateral Design
We designed a custom typography logo and complementary monogram, as well as, a catalogue of branded stationary that could be passed off to their team for implementation and ongoing design work.
Brochures, business cards and letterhead templates allowed this team to hit the ground running on implementing their new identity.
