Introduction

I worked with this real estate client on a major overhaul of her brand. We needed a bold look to match her big personality. Strong colour choices, fun design elements + high quality lifestyle photography came together to capture her essence. The resulting design is a perfect reflection of this vibrant and successful woman. ​

For this project I designed the logo set, created a series of print advertisements + stationary, designed and coordinated production of her sales kit, and consulted with her web designer to ensure we maintained brand integrity across the board

Brand Strategy

The clients' brand was outdated and very much in need of an overhaul. She is a Toronto-based realtor and investor with a thriving business.

Her clientele's demographic are largely female, in their 30s-40s looking to sell their current homes in order to move up to their dream homes. Danielle is a champion for women's financial independence and puts a huge emphasis on speaking to her audience about building their portfolios through strategic real estate purchases.

She is bold and full of life and her personal brand needed to match that energy.

Visual Identity and Branded Materials Revamp

A new visual identity was developed, emphasizing energy, excitement, and lifestyle. This included reimagining the brand's online presence, stationary and client-facing branded materials. The logo was transformed into a bold, dynamic design with energetic typography and vibrant colours to better reflect Danielle's lust for life.

Implementation

A rollout was executed with a website launch, social media overhaul and print marketing campaign.
