Art Deco Inspired Personal Brand

Introduction
This real estate client had an established business with a large database of loyal clientele. Having started her real estate career years earlier right out of university, her original brand identity no longer represented this savvy business woman.
We overhauled her brand with an elevated look to appeal to her upscale millennial clients. The project scope included logo design, brand guideline development, and accompanying stationary and social media collateral.

Understanding the Brand and Goals
Ashley had been in business for a few years when we started this project. She understood her unique value and had built a consistent referral business from her wealth of happy clients. Now, an established business owner, it was time to start building a team. In order to make this growth as seamless as possible, we developed a new business identity for her brand building off of the trust she'd built with her personal brand.
Brand Strategy
A new brand positioning was developed, emphasizing lifestyle, quality and aesthetic. The logo was transformed into a simple, elegant design, complemented by a warm, earthy colour palette.

Branded Marketing Collateral
A collection of social media templates were designed to make her digital marketing a breeze. This was complemented by a comprehensive build out of her print marketing materials and brand positioning guide to help sell her story.
Implementation & Results
The ASP Team continues to grow and evolve. Since the rebrand, she's onboarded an addition three team members and continues to expand her influence in the Toronto market.
